Buying Process
The standard reservation fee is LKR 100,000. This fee holds the property for 14 days while the sale agreements and down payments are finalized.
Installments
Yes! We offer highly flexible payment plans. You can secure any plot by paying a reservation fee (e.g. LKR 100,000), pay 40% as a down payment within 14 days, and settle the remaining balance in interest-free monthly installments or via a bank loan.
Legal Documents
Yes, absolutely. Elegant Home Lands conducts thorough three-generation title search reviews (Pathiru reports) and secures street-line/non-vesting certificates, municipal approvals, and cadastral maps for all plots prior to sale.
Registration
Once the full payment is settled, the transfer deed is drafted by our lawyers, signed by both parties/directors, and sent to the Land Registry. Typically, the registered deed is returned to you within 4 to 6 weeks.
